Welcome back, gentlemen. If you’ve come here from part one of the ten commandments of masturbation endurance training, I commend you on your dedication. If you haven’t read part one yet, you may find it in the essay titled “The Ten Commandments Of Masturbation Endurance Training.” You should read it first, since it contains the first five commandments. You’ll need those for the context of commandments six through ten.

In case you need a quick recap, the first five commandments are as follows: Mistress controls your cock; if you disobey rule number one, the consequences will be severe; tell the truth if you break any of the rules, especially rule number one; learn to edge yourself without losing control; and there will be at least five tease and denial games per week.

Now, if you’ve made it this far, then it obviously means that you have more than a passing interest in masturbation endurance training. You have no idea how glad I am to hear that! As I explained in part one of the commandments, I believe in letting the new recruits know what’s what up front. That’s why I’m laying out the rules now instead of later. So, read on to learn the remaining five commandments for those who want to participate in my masturbation training.

6.) Learn guided masturbation techniques.

This commandment is straightforward and simple enough. During the course of your training, your Femdom Mistress will give you various guided masturbation techniques for you to perform. I expect you to learn them by name, so that when I tell you to do one of them, I don’t have to walk you through it every single time.

Don’t worry. I’ll give you ample time to learn these methods, and I’ll only teach you a handful at a time. Please note, however, that if any of them requires something other than your hand to carry out, I expect you to have those things at your disposal after the first time I tell you that you need them. Be prepared to keep things like lube, latex gloves, etc. on hand for this purpose.

7.) Become familiar with ruined orgasm techniques.

This commandment is similar to the one before it. Ruined orgasms are a good way to increase your endurance while masturbating. (You can read more about that in the essay Ruined Orgasms As Orgasm Control.) I will teach you different ways of inflicting ruined orgasms on yourself. You must learn these by name, just as you learned the guided masturbation techniques.

8.) Learn about prostate milking.

Another important aspect of orgasm control is prostate milking. You know that uncomfortable “blue balls” feeling that you get after an extended tease and denial session? Prostate milking is a way to relieve that internal pressure without actually having an orgasm.

What’s the fun in that, you ask? Well, for one thing, it’ll give you a way to relieve yourself without disobeying any orders I’ve given you not to cum. Additionally, milking yourself before a training exercise will increase the amount of time you can delay your orgasm. 

9.) Give me weekly progress updates on your training.

You may forget. That’s why I’ve enacted rule number nine, so that I can keep tabs on how your masturbation training is going. I expect weekly progress reports that detail what you’re doing in your training, what techniques you’re using, and how long you’ve been able to make yourself last in comparison with the weeks before.

10.) Be grateful to your Mistress for teaching you and show your appreciation often.

This is another one of those things that I expect most of you will do without being told. However, just in case some of you are prone to forgetting, I’ve added this as the tenth and final rule to remind you to be grateful that I’m training you. Masturbation endurance training can lead you to some of the greatest orgasms of your life, so be very glad that I’m training you to reach these heights.

There’s more to this commandment than just being grateful, though. You should also show your masturbation manager how much you appreciate her guidance. There are a million different ways to show your appreciation, so I will leave it up to you as to how you want to do that.
